Tensor Networks or our Authorized Resellers can negotiate Unlimited License Agreements or Perpetual Unlimited License Agreements with you based on your needs.

1. Introduction
This document provides licensing guidelines for SARAHAI software (the “Software”). Tensor Networks, Inc. (“Tensor”) offers SARAHAI for a variety of environments, including production, testing, and development. This document describes how these environments are defined and outlines how to license the Software under a CPU core factor model - i.e. price per CPU core or vCPU core value.

2. Typical Software Environments
Most organizations utilize multiple environments to develop, test, and deploy Software solutions. Such environments often include:
-
Production Environment
-
Test Environment
-
Development Environment
With the proliferation of web integration, corporate extranets, and increased usage of self-service applications, multiple instances of SARAHAI may exist on a single server, or across multiple servers, to ensure data integrity and security during development, testing, and production operations.

3. Why Different Environments?
-
Data Integrity & Security: Maintaining separate environments minimizes the risk of corruption or unauthorized access to production data.
-
Parallel Development & Testing: Multiple database or application instances allow teams to develop new features, test changes, and ensure quality without disrupting live operations.
Tensor’s licensing model does not inherently restrict how many SARAHAI instances may run on a single server; however, all environments and all users or devices accessing SARAHAI must be appropriately licensed.

4. SARAHAI Environments
4.1 Development Environment
-
SARAHAI software can be used under Full Use licenses in a development environment.
-
If a customer requires SARAHAI for any production-like uses (data processing, business operations, etc.), appropriate Full Use licenses must be obtained from Tensor or an authorized Tensor reseller.

5. CPU Core Factor Licensing
SARAHAI may be licensed per Named User or per Processor. Under Processor-based licensing, Tensor utilizes a CPU Core Factor model. Customers calculate Processor licenses by multiplying the number of cores by a core processor licensing factor, then rounding up to the next whole integer.

6. Licensing All Environments
A single server may have multiple SARAHAI environments (development, test, production). All such environments require valid licenses for all users or processors, subject to the chosen metric (Named User or Processor). Even if an environment is not actively used, if SARAHAI is installed or running, licensing obligations apply.
