To run SARAHAI, after downloading and extracting into a SARAHAIv8 folder from the terminal window enter:
 
PS C:\Users\Eric\Downloads\SARAHAIv8.21> ./SARAHAIv8.21.exe install
PS C:\Users\Eric\Downloads\SARAHAIv8.21> ./SARAHAIv8.21.exe run ui
 
If you want a desktop shortcut, right-click the .exe → Create Shortcut, then place that shortcut on the Desktop.
